Most of the ones I have here, are mattes, the only ones that are shimmers are Lemon, Iced Mocha, Yogurt and Cottage Cheese. They may look shimmery because this picture was taken in natural sunlight 🙂
I love these! I got the whole set –too bad I didn’t swatch the ones I gave away before hand! >:(
But I ordered them off of Ebay Store called Joy’s Cosmetics
They came nicely packaged and I got them pretty soon. These are great bases for eyes and cheeks (such as the cherry or hot pink). LOVE my NYX jumbo pencils!
